This page will be dedicated to Training Tips. We will use articles that have been submitted by some of our Senior Instructors and directly from Mr. Serdinsky's Training Journals. The training tips will cover many aspects of the martial arts. Physical, mental, spiritual, and motivational lessons will be shared with all of our members. We encourage you to approve of all training tips with your Instructor, so they could show you how to implement the lesson to your specific training needs.
